Mohammed Bello El-Rufai, son of former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, has thanked NDC presidential candidate Peter Obi for repeatedly checking on his father during his detention.
Bello said Obi’s concern had been a lesson to him, particularly because he had previously been critical of the former Anambra governor.
Speaking in a video, Bello, who represents Kaduna North Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, said several prominent politicians had contacted him to inquire about his father’s wellbeing.
