Vice President Kashim Shettima has departed Abuja for Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to lead a high-level government-to-government exchange focused on improving nutrition delivery in Nigeria.
Shettima is attending the inaugural Nigeria-Ethiopia Nutrition Leadership Exchange Visit at the invitation of Ethiopia’s Deputy Prime Minister, Temesgen Tiruneh, who is championing the country’s multisectoral approach to tackling nutrition challenges.

The visit is designed to enable Nigerian and Ethiopian officials to share experiences on strengthening government-led nutrition programmes and developing a coordinated federal, state and local framework for nutrition delivery.
