Vice President Kashim Shettima has urged supporters of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to defend his administration’s reforms with facts, transparency and measurable results ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
Shettima made the call on Saturday in Abuja while inaugurating the Arewa for Asiwaju (A4A) campaign headquarters and its northern regional campaign structure.
He said growing support for the Tinubu administration in northern Nigeria must not be taken for granted, stressing that the government must remain accountable and address citizens’ concerns about economic hardship, insecurity, unemployment and the cost of living.
