Security and education stakeholders in Nasarawa State have expressed support for the National Safe Schools Security Project, following its formal launch in Keffi.
The initiative was unveiled on Thursday at the Zonal Area Office of the Ministry of Education, GRA, Keffi, with representatives of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Nigeria Police Force and Ministry of Education in attendance.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Nasarawa State PCRC Chairman, Dr. Mandy David Abuluya, said the project would strengthen efforts to safeguard schools across the state.
