According to Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, the alleged incest was uncovered after deputies were called to the family’s residence over a domestic violence incident involving Christina and Shane, reports CBS 12
Judd said Christina accused her son of battering her during the dispute, but Shane subsequently told officers that he had been having sex with his mother since he was 18.
