A delegation from the Institute of Policy, Strategy and Leadership Course Association (NIPA) and the PSLC 49 has paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Director of Television, Kaduna State Media Corporation (TV KSMC), Mr. Tom Garba, in recognition of his new leadership role and contributions to public communication.
The delegation was led by Dr. Tobi Bernard Thomas, National Financial Secretary of NIPA, alongside Malam A. Ibrahim, Director of Socials, PSLC 49.
During the visit, the delegation congratulated Garba on his appointment and commended his emergence as the Executive Director of TV KSMC, describing the development as an important recognition of his experience and commitment to public service and media development.
