Muhammed Yaqub has resigned his membership of the Labour Party in Hong Ward, Hong Local Government Area, Adamawa State, effective September 7, 2026.
In a letter addressed to the Ward Chairman of the Labour Party, Hong Ward, Yaqub said his decision was personal, explaining that he wished to join another party in order to contribute to the betterment of the country.
“The decision has been made to enable me to join another party. Reason is personal, as I want to contribute to the betterment of our dear Country, Nigeria,” the letter read.
