Governor Fintiri made the announcement during a stakeholders’ meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC), which he convened at the Banquet Hall of Government House, Yola, on Saturday.
The Governor said the initiative was part of his administration’s efforts to empower the people of Adamawa State and promote economic development through various opportunities.

He also directed the Director-General of the Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency (PAWECA) to commence efforts aimed at empowering women across the state through different trades and vocational skills.
