The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has warned residents of Kaduna State against self-medication and concealing symptoms following the confirmation of an Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) case in Abuja.
The agency urged residents to remain vigilant, seek medical attention promptly when experiencing suspected symptoms and cooperate with health authorities to prevent the possible spread of the disease.

The NOA State Director in Kaduna, Danjuma Makama, gave the warning in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday by Linda Michael, Head of Communication and Media at the agency’s Kaduna State Directorate.
