The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency has sealed 12 establishments, including a church and hotels, across parts of the state over alleged persistent violations of environmental regulations, mainly noise pollution.
LASEPA disclosed this in a statement posted on its official X handle today, saying the enforcement exercise was carried out yesterday.

The statement read, “LASEPA, on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, sealed twelve establishments across Ogba, Idimu-Ikota, Ejigbo, LASU-Iba Road, Igando and Agodo-Egbe areas of Lagos State for persistent violations of environmental regulations, despite repeated warnings, abatement notices and several opportunities granted to facilitate compliance with the Agency’s directives.”
