Binchke International unveiled OneDelegate, a mobile application that connects trained service providers with residents seeking services including plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, gas supply and waste disposal.
The platform was launched in Yola alongside the organisation’s annual report and five-year strategic plan at an event attended by representatives of the Adamawa State Government, civil society organisations and development partners.

For Binchke International, the idea behind OneDelegate goes beyond putting artisans online. The organisation says it is an attempt to solve a problem that has persisted across many skills-development programmes: young people are trained but often have nowhere to take those skills to earn a living.
