Adamawa State is set to host a major peace accord summit aimed at promoting peaceful political campaigns and violence-free elections ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The Adamawa State 2027 Violence-Free Campaigns and Elections Peace Accord Summit is scheduled to hold on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at the Government House Banquet Hall, Yola.
The summit is being convened by the ABAK Peace Foundation, in collaboration with the National Peace Committee (NPC), chaired by former Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar, and the Adamawa State Peace Commission.
