The Member representing Nassarawo/Binyeri Constituency in the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Babangida Mohammed Njidda has debunked reports in some sections of the media that he never resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and is holding dual membership of two political parties.
Hon. Njidda, who is now the candidate of the Allied People’s Movement (APM) for the same constituency ahead of the 2027 House of Assembly election, described the report as false, mischievous and a calculated attempt by his political detractors to dent his soaring image.
Clearing the air on the matter, the lawmaker disclosed that he formally resigned his membership of the APC on 15th August, 2026.
