Political mobilisation and women’s empowerment featured prominently on Saturday as supporters, political associates, community leaders and residents of Kogi Local Government Area gathered to celebrate the 47th birthday of the Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr. Abubakar Bashir Gegu.

Among those who felicitated with the commissioner were Barr. Muhammed Musa Tanko Osuku, Executive Chairman of the Kogi State Civil Service Commission and political leader of Zone B, and Barr. Abdulrahman Ndako Tanko.
