A human rights organisation, Advocacy for Human Rights and Cultural Values for Development Initiatives, has called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to investigate allegations of fraud involving $2.1 million and Jordan Ezenwo Nyesom-Wike, son of Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike.
The organisation made the demand in a petition to the EFCC Executive Chairman, signed by its Executive Director, Sambo Jibril.
The group said its request followed a petition reportedly submitted to the anti-graft agency in December 2025 by businessman Safwan Garba, who alleged fraud, obtaining by false pretence, criminal misappropriation and conversion in connection with an Abuja land transaction.
