Leaders and stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nigeria’s North Central region have launched a grassroots mobilisation movement aimed at rallying support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The initiative, known as the North Central Grassroots Mobilisation Movement, was unveiled during its inaugural meeting held at the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) in Abuja on Friday.

According to presidential special adviser Bayo Onanuga, the meeting brought together key political leaders and stakeholders from across the North Central region.
