A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has ordered the remand of Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi Matthew, 38, who allegedly paraded himself as the Director-General of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC).
Justice Mohammed Umar made the order on Wednesday after Adeniyi pleaded not guilty to an eight-count charge bordering on conspiracy and forgery.
The prosecution alleged that Adeniyi committed the offences alongside two other suspects identified as Femi, whose surname was not disclosed, and Anu, who are currently at large.
