Former House of Representatives member representing Mayo Belwa, Jada, Ganye and Toungo Federal Constituency and former Spokesman of the House, Hon. Abdulrazak Sa’ad Namdas, PhD, has called on politicians and supporters to apply common sense in interpreting the recent Supreme Court judgment on the Electoral Act.
In an opinion piece titled “Let’s Use Our Common Sense,” Namdas said following the judgment, many people have suddenly become self-proclaimed lawyers, both online and offline, expressing opinions that align with their personal interests.
