The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has dismantled a suspected Nigerian-Mexican drug trafficking network allegedly operating a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory in Enugu State.
The agency said two suspects were arrested following months of intelligence gathering and surveillance that uncovered the laboratory in Eziama community, Obeagu, Awgu Local Government Area of the state.
NDLEA spokesperson, Femi Babafemi, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday, identifying the suspects as 45-year-old Chukwu Christopher, also known as Brown, and 60-year-old Chukwu Monday, alias George.
