The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced a one-time opportunity for candidates who have lost access to their registered phone numbers or email accounts to update their contact details.
The new procedure, announced by the examination body on Monday, September 21, 2026, is aimed at assisting candidates who are unable to access the GSM numbers or email addresses originally linked to their JAMB records.
