The Huba Traditional Council, Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa State, under the leadership of the Paramount Ruler, His Royal Majesty, Barr. Alheri B. Nyako, PhD, Tol Huba, has announced the appointment of Alhaji Mahmoud Abdulkadir as the substantive District Head of Shangui District.
