Vunobolki made this known on Friday during an interactive session with journalists in Yola, where he unveiled his vision ahead of the 2027 governorship election.
The PDP candidate said Adamawa can no longer afford governance models built on short-term interventions and quick political gains.
According to him, the state needs deliberate policies and strong institutions that can convert its resources into lasting opportunities for the people.
