The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Kaduna State Media Corporation, KSMC, Ben S. D. Kure, has accused former Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung, of trying to rewrite the history of Kaduna State while defending former Governor Nasir El-Rufai.
Kure made the accusation in a statement responding to Dalung’s recent defence of El-Rufai, particularly over comments by the Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa, concerning insecurity and divisions experienced in Southern Kaduna.
According to Kure, the fact that communal conflicts existed in Kaduna before El-Rufai became governor does not excuse the former administration’s handling of the situation.
