5. Payment Terms

  • Buyers pay a 10% service fee upon successful completion of a transaction.

  • This fee is non-refundable after the deal is confirmed.

  • No upfront payment is required for property browsing or inspection arrangements.

6. Limitation of Liability

PropertyLink is not a party to the actual sale of properties. We act as a facilitator between buyers and property owners. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes that arise from direct dealings between both parties outside our platform.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after such changes implies acceptance.
