Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has promised a new home, free medical treatment and sustained psychosocial support for Malam Ahmed Abubakar Zakka, his wife, Nafisah, and their daughter, Fatima, following their release from captivity.
The governor disclosed this on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, after visiting the family at the Kaduna State Government safe house, where they are receiving medical care following their discharge from hospital.
Sani expressed encouragement over their recovery and assured them that his administration would continue supporting them beyond their immediate medical needs.
