Alleged Wiretapping; Again, Court dismisses El-Rufai’s N120M right enforcement suit against DSS, EFCC, ICPC, AGF. 

Justice Sylvanus Oriji of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory has dismissed a N120M fundamental rights suit instituted by a former governor of Kaduna state, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai against the Department of the State Service DSS and three others.

Justice Oriji in a judgment on Monday threw away the suit for being without merit and substance as constituted by the plaintiff.
