In an appreciation message signed by Dr. Aishah Abdullahi Dahiru on behalf of the family, the family said they were deeply comforted by the Governor’s presence, love and prayers during their moment of grief.
Governor Fintiri had visited the family with a large entourage of government officials to mourn with them over the demise of the late retired senior officer of the Correctional Service.
The family also extended sincere appreciation to the Controller-General of the Nigerian Correctional Service, Sylvester Ndidi Nwakuche, MFR, mni, who was ably represented by the Adamawa State Controller, CC Odunlami Jelil Ajani, for honouring one of their own.
