Chief Barrister Lucky Chukwu, a Special Assistant to Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah, has died, leaving his family and political associates in mourning.
His death was announced by his younger brother, Senator Kelvin Chukwu, who represents Enugu East Senatorial District in the National Assembly.
