Adamawa Nassaraw/Binyeri:: ‘I Resigned Since May 2026, My Opponents Are Chasing Shadows’–Solomon, LP candidate insists, ‘I’m not a victim of INEC list’

Contrary to insinuations that the final list of candidates released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has thrown the Labour Party (LP) ticket for Nassarawo/Binyeri State Constituency into crisis, the party’s candidate, Hon. Nahum Solomon, has debunked the report, insisting his candidacy is valid, legal and unshakable.

Speaking exclusively to our Adamawa correspondent in Yola today, Solomon confirmed that he duly resigned from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and defected to the Labour Party in line with the provisions of the Electoral Act.

According to him, he resigned his membership of the ADC since May 2026 and formally denounced his membership at Gangfada Ward, Mayo-Belwa Local Government Area, with his official resignation letter duly received and endorsed by the Ward Party Chairman, Alhaji Hassan Abba.
